Standard Warranty

Vision Buddy is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the reliability of our products. To that end, we provide a 1-year warranty for all Vision Buddy devices. The details of this warranty are as follows:

  • The warranty covers hardware and software defects identified within one year of the purchase date.
  • If we are unable to repair the issue with your device, we will replace it with a new or refurbished device of the same model.
  • If your device was purchased shortly before the release of a new model, we will replace it with the newer version, provided the retail price of the older and newer versions is the same.
  • If the newer model has a higher retail price, you will be required to pay the price difference to receive the upgraded
    device.
  • Software upgrades are provided free of charge, as long as your device supports the new software.
  • This warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors, including but not limited to:
    • Sun damage.
    • Dropping and breaking the device.
    • Water damage.

Extended Warranty & Support Options

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer extended warranty and support plans:

    • 2-Year Warranty and Support: $500
    • 3-Year Warranty and Support: $1,000

These extended plans include all the benefits of the standard warranty and additional support for the specified duration.
